first you have to do the whole return of the ghost quest series from Robson.
Then you have to do collector quests with 5 to 20 of one particular egg and 10 to 40 power mushrooms to get a token to take to the identifying lectern which may give you a mushroom, you can do all that work and get nothing as well.
Then you need to get 5 each of two type of unique mushrooms and one each of heroic mushroom to make a deconcoction of various types. The deconconction then gives you either a blessing, teleport or token coupon for thugs heads , ducat, tobacco. You can see what you can get from Rim in mushroom exchange without doing any quest.
Its a lot of work to get something, time better spent doing something else.

At margonem.com version you have only a few quests at keepers of balance and thats normal. This version is completely other game and you shouldn't compare this one. From the other side you have a lot of quests added to only that version.

You can get a higher level player to clear the way, and help you kill demigorgon after that,
but its far simpler to gain levels and do the quest later.
You have to go back there again and again so its not just one time.
