Update: I delete all browser cookies and finally I remembered my password. I'm playing again, no more connection error messages.

I was logged in with my account, but when I tried to click in my character to start playing, a bug message appears saying something like: Connection error, try log in, and when I click this button to log in again, the same error appears. Then I tried to log off and re-login again, but I don't remember my password. I tried to recover my account with my e-mail, but no e-mail was send (I checked spam box too)
Please, help me to recover my account.
