Dear Users,
Our Terms of Use Agreement & Scale of Charges have been updated in accordance with the European data protection law known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The changes are listed below:
TERMS OF USE, SECTION 10 (PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA) CHANGES:
Old (expired):
3. A verified account is the one with the User’s e-mail address and date of birth provided.
New (valid):
3. A verified account is the one with the User’s e-mail address provided.
Old (expired):
3.1. Filling complaints on the Game functioning is impossible without submitting a valid e-mail and date of birth.
New (valid):
3.1. Filling complaints on the Game functioning is impossible without submitting a valid e-mail.
Removed:
5.3. Date of Birth – to verify the User in case of complaints only
Old (expired):
6. The service of refilling Draconites can be purchased only by adult persons, or persons aged 16 or older with a permission from their legal representatives (parent, guardian, keeper).
New (valid):
6. Draconites service can be purchased only by adults, persons aged 16 or younger with a permission from their legal representatives (parent, guardian, keeper).
Old (expired):
7. The Service Provider or Administrators have right to demand an identity document from the Player, which will prove that the Player’s age meets the Agreement’s requirements - age of 13.
New (valid):
7. The Service Provider or Administrators have right to demand an identity document from the Player, which will prove that the Player’s age meets the Agreement’s requirements - age of 16.
SCALE OF CHARGES, SECTION 4 CHANGES:
Old (expired):
19. Asking another player for providing any data saved in their Account’s configuration (login, password, date of birth etc. in particular). It is also forbidden to share the aforementioned data to the third party in order to bypass the Substitutes System.
New (valid):
