sure he could but let's think a little - why would he ask about exactly level 215? why not i.e. 205?

The only logical explanation would be that he knows EQ on 205 but doesn't know on 215.

And if he knows EQ on 205 then he should be experienced enough to know or to know how to find proper EQ on 215

I think it isn't a topic for discussion what is logical. He ask us about what EQ is prefer for Hunter on 215 lvl and thats all. He didnt ask us about EQ for lvl 205.

What I Can change in my equipment? 136h

Given the low amount of energy (50) we have at the start, is it a good idea to put 5 or more points into the Concentration skill to increase the energy or is it simply better to upgrade the skills that require the energy, thus reducing their cost of use ?

I mean the Double Shot skill in particular. Should I increase the Double shot skill to reduce its cost or the Concentration skill to increase my energy cap ?
