No, you can't. You have to obtain them from heroes or quests.

Second quest is still buged, from "Shelf with Cases loted wrong item, please fix it.

I have the same problem, new second quest is bugged. I did everything correctly, I've collected Tides Almanac and Stained Map, but I can't get Smuggler's Action Plans, instead I receive Stained Map. I abandoned the quest and did everything again, but it didn't solved the problem.

Will there be any additional quest for Easter Pearls? From all quests (including daily quest done every day since it was changed to give pearls) it's only possible to get 21 pearls till 3rd of May.
All weapons in event store costs 25 pearls. That means you have to do all those quests AND find at least four more pears. I guess it's only possible to get from heroes which are extremely hard to find and kill (and you still need a lot of luck for him to drop those pearls).
It would be great to have additional quest that would grant us the missing pearls.

It's isnt hard to find them, i killed them with my clan ~70 times or more, and every fight min. 2 Pearls, i had ~20 pearl from HEROES.

No, there will be no additional quest for Piratian Easter. The event will be closed in Monday morning.
Heroes have been located in maps according their level, only open maps were chosen. Moreover you have a scroll which allow you to find a hero from daily quest. So why do you think it's so hard to find them? What is more, the heroes resp about 1,5h so you can beat them all day long.
The number of pearls from quests and heroes allows to buy 1-3 items so it is surely enough.

Is it still possible to replace pearls: /? I collected on the legendary charm and just collected 10 pearls and here :( map closed yet they can be replaced?
