The top three players will receive a better reward, the rest will still get something but not as valuable as the top players. It is almost the same as the event for Christmas with killing the monsters, but this time it's based on collecting stolen gold.

Hello, when I pick up stolen gold a player paldex says he going to kill me becouse he is at 1 place... He says I pick up "his" stolen gold and he say he going to kill me at red maps he is 124 lvl and Im only 24. Can someone explain for him that gold is for everybody or just tell me what can I do?

Don't care about him. Some players say that some locations belong to them and stolen gold in this location too, but they are wrong. Collect stolen gold and write to him that he can go somewhere else. If he's 123 lvl, he probably will not waste time for searching and killing you.
